I like that it is easy to use with an online interface where you can easily go in depth into your data without using any other software or programs.

It does not give me many options when dealing with my own customers as well since there are only few customization features available. The customer service has been very bad at times also which makes this program difficult sometimes because they do not help out much nor respond quickly if issues arise within their system itself so make sure before purchasing what exactly will be able solve problems such as yours! We needed something simple yet powerful enough we could customize ourselves but still keep things secure from outside accesses through internet connections to prevent hacking attempts etc.. This solved all those needs perfectly.
