Not very comfortable
This is literally a thin piece of plastic with a pattern printed on it. The designs have no thickness and they are not pre-cut or anything like that. For successful use, you'll need to hand-cut each piece and maybe attach it to some sort of solid support so it holds its shape, rather than just curling up. Designs aren't even printed in such a way that you can just use the entire sheet together as everything is printed in different directions.
