Great product. I was getting ready to travel east to west and back and was dying to pack my golf clubs as I was planning to play a few rounds. I suffered from bad racquet rentals so I was happy to use my own (new) racquets. After reading the reviews I decided to buy two Bag Boy BackBones to ensure I had enough protection in my Sun Mountain travel case. The solution worked perfectly, I could see that after installing the BackBones, as they absorb the pressure at the top of the suitcase (compared to my longer pieces of wood). I also got "lucky" when the plane landed when my holdall was offloaded from the conveyor belt, and our friends at United Airlines didn't put those bags aside quite carefully. My bag was thrown into another pile of already removed golf bags. A good investment considering the cost of replacing a driver no matter what insurance/reimbursement policy the airlines offer as the best situation is to avoid the situation.
