I bought the large Im about size 31 jeans and it fit perfectly. I love that there’s no name brand on the black one and a phone holder big enough for iPhone 11. The Velcro is strong and stays in place. Width is 9” wide which is a good length so it doesn’t dig into your skin when you sit at the gym. It’s covers my mid section, I’m 5’3 normal torso length. The silver lining is a great feature for sauna effect and more sweat. It has a smell to it but hand wash it and air dry with time it’ll go away.
