Great value for money, one of the best offers.

Switched to this processor from Core2Duo E4300 and Geforce 8800 Gtx. I must say right away that I removed the cooler from the termaltake silent tower cooler because AMD does not heat it - the exhaust fan is enough for the cooler, and the exhaust fan, in turn, slows down a lot during moments of just working with docks, and sometimes stops (Asus A88X-plus motherboard). So the tales that these are very hot processors remain tales for the time being. On this processor I do graphics, music and sometimes play toys, in the meme case it's Borderlands Pre-Siquel and Alien: Isolation - the same resolution of 1440x900 (it doesn't hold any more monitors) well, everything is to the maximum, and Tomb Raider is on average. Everything is very beautiful and wonderful. And yes, I noticed when switching from 8800 to Radeon that the colors are juicier and brighter. In fact, I am very pleased with the purchase, for $80 to get a quad-core processor and an excellent video card is super! Before that, I chose and tested processors for a long time (there is an opportunity at work). I didn’t feel much difference when working on Intel i5 or A8, I decided to take something that looked more tempting in terms of money, and the opportunity to save a lot on a video card immediately made me make a decision (plus, if I want to buy a card in addition, I can combine the power of both cards in cross mode and again get a gain in graphics performance). So I'm very happy with everything. The computer became quiet, it became comfortable and convenient to work. One minus - before the computer heated the space under the table well and drove heat well under the table, now it has become cold there. I'm going to buy some warm socks

Pros
  • high performance, graphics card, cold
Cons
  • no
