Review on Capacitive Touchscreen Tri-Function Flashlight Ballpoint Pen by Mark Patterson

Handles are well made. If I had a business I would buy them in bulk with information about my business. The product arrived very timely. Living in Hawaii, I don't usually receive packages that quickly. The only problem I have is the lack of information about the different parts of the handle. I'm not sure what the function of the yellow plastic ring around the bulb is.
