All right. Positive: very quiet! The quietest electric toothbrush we've ever had. Cons: Difficult to maneuver for a child. Even after several weeks of training, my 5-year-old daughter cannot cope with her molars. And my 9 year old son with ADHD doesn't seem to have the patience for it either. It requires a bit of careful precision and coordination to use properly. However, they include a different brush head (although I believe it's meant for tongue cleaning) and my kids use that head for brushing their teeth.
