Great! Used for a conch piercing, the jewelry is slightly oversized (noticeably) but not overly large. I'm glad they provided 3 different sizes of poles for her. I was able to find the best size for me and I might end up downsizing. As with most other reviews, screwing the jewelry on is a little tricky, but once put on they stay securely in place so don't worry about them falling off. Outside.
