Nowhere in the description does it say anything about the four pack I'm seeing - - unless it says in the fine print somewhere? So I ordered two - one for me and one for a friend. AND NOW I HAVE EIGHT. Eight tiny mask extensions. They are too small for my round face. Ironically, I ordered them after finding one (different brand) in our school living room that one of our teachers ordered (they didn't fit either). To be honest if you are an average height adult you will be small. For example, if I open my mouth all the way (like yawning), the extension just goes up and gets weird. I wanted one of these because I needed some air in the warmer weather while wearing them to work all day. But I see a large plastic frame on my skin, in addition to the heat that will cause acne in the future. Sheet. it's not worth it. If you decide to try it - THEY COME IN A PACK OF FOUR. ORDER ONLY ONE PACK.
