This hair is beautiful, when I unwrapped and disassembled it was soft, thick and shiny (of course), it didn't tangle AT ALL. The lace on the closure is really pretty, it's easy to mix, tweak and adjust. Good sized clasp with enough room for a nice natural side part. I bought an 18' fastener 20' 22' 24' 26'
