I have chronic shoulder pain due to multiple soft tissue injuries in my shoulder. I bought it hoping it might help, but after a few weeks of use I'm not sure anymore. It applied easily and stayed in place during activity, but I didn't see any real relief. because of my pain when carrying it. I think when something happened it hurt even more because the extra material now on my shoulder restricted my shoulder's mobility and didn't allow my muscles to move freely and didn't allow blood flow to the area. It also tended to put my shoulder blade in an awkward position, making wearing it for more than an hour or two more of an inconvenience than a help.
