Let me start by saying that this product is not intended to replace a doctor's consultation, physical therapy, etc. However, for those of us who don't want to examine the shoulder, I recommend this product. This product is pretty convenient and easy to adjust. It uses velcro to adjust the chest strap and velcro to adjust the sleeve.
