I was having severe pain in my shoulder and arm, figured it was my rotator cuff and acromioclavicular joint. I am a 58 year old man. I ordered 2 of these to try. Installed and adjusted according to instructions. The pain has subsided and I have an acceptable range of motion with no pain. Wearing it allows me to work outdoors with mowers, chainsaws, etc. within reason. If you (like me) are a little "fluffier" than the models in the photos, she rubs a bit on the neck and sleeve adjustment. I wear it over a t-shirt and it helps.
