Great but no sound
I have a 2014 Toyota RAV4 with the JBL sound system. There is a factory issue where the car stereo fails after a few years. My brother searched the internet and found this article. Went to install everything works fine but there is no sound. Previously, the sound worked through the speakers. They give us a spare to see if any of the wires are shorted. This review will be updated! The installation was very confusing because there were no instructions and nothing was labeled. Update: We tried another one and the sound didn't work on the new one either. The top of the dash doesn't fit completely over the top of the stereo either.
