True as a positive defence: I've bought two of these (as opposed to suitable substitutes) thanks in large part to the overwhelmingly positive reviews. I should have spent more time on 1 and 2 star reviews. The bristles are too soft (e.g. WAY too soft - to the point where the brush becomes ineffective and unusable. The head size is very small - not even enough to cover an entire bar of soap). . The handle is not textured enough to provide a secure grip if soap makes the handle or your hand slippery. I think I will reuse them for window cleaning. In my experience, this was a bad buy; I cannot recommend them to anyone for the advertised purpose.
