I spent a lot of money in shipping & handling, but still the box arrived so beat up that pieces of box ends were dangling.The product itself.Wood chips in multi headboard panels. Screw holes for wood headboard panel out of alignment with bedframe. Rust. Scratches. One of the main headboard screw mounts (which was the center mount) was folded over at the weld point. Paint flakes off when installing screws. Paint chips. The corner protectors are foam and they arrived deformed with imprints and glue residue. The foam corner protectors attach to the footboard with double sided tape. I cannot begin to describe my extreme disappointment. It is obvious this manufacturer does not care about the quality of their product.
