I used 3 monitors for work. 2 contained software I was moving around and 3rd was software I had just opened for monitoring and barely used. I dropped 2 for this ultrawide and it helped a lot. It's easier to look from side to side on a screen than moving your eyes or head between two screens all day. It seems trivial but becomes a big problem after a while. I don't game so can't comment on the refresh rate or anything like that. I can say that it is very easy on my eyes after looking directly at it for several hours. I don't feel any eye fatigue. I mounted it (VESA) on a desktop mount, so I don't know if the original stand has any adjustments or not. In general, I can't say anything bad about him.
