I've used it a few times and my lips look the same, not softer. The taste and smell are pleasant, but the aftertaste on the lips is less desirable. I find that each scrub softens the lips after use but doesn't really change the look as the seller advertises. On the plus side, the scrub didn't dry my lips out, but it did make my daughter's lips so all skin cells are different. I think it's too expensive and I won't buy it again. I believe it's made in China so be careful with the organic ingredients. Worth a try if you're looking for a new scrub if you don't already have a favorite then I suggest skipping it. The scrub isn't grainy or harsh, but if you have sensitive skin it's likely to irritate your lips.
