No real glitter but still pretty

reviews that it didn't really have glitter and it put me off but I ordered it anyway as I was having trouble decorating a children's party. I received them and was actually ok because the fake sequins looked. They were offset from the center of the neckline, but I don't think anyone noticed. I glued them to the dowels which were wrapped with tape and secured with foam at the bottom. It worked well.
