Bought for my grandson for Christmas. He loves to. He is 15 months old. After it starts spinning, he watches it for a while, then very carefully takes it by the green handle and holds it in his hand to finish spinning it. It's small, but spins really fast, hums loudly, and even dances a little if it's moving fast enough.
