The product is fully functional and could be a great massager for some people; but not for us. The thickness of the device made it very uncomfortable to use in our chair. The massagers did a great job on the back but after a few minutes it was very hard and uncomfortable to sit. Others may feel different if their bowel movements were larger/deeper. Putting a blanket between our backs and the device made it too big for our chair. A thinner device would be better, but then the massage rollers would likely have to be smaller and therefore less effective. Unfortunately we sent the device back because it just didn't work for us.
