Review on Titanium Exhaust Motorcycle Fiberglass Stainless by Ryan Schweigert

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Offers some protection

My 12 year old son burned his leg through his jodhpurs on his MX pit bike as the exhaust gets very hot and when he stops or lowers his leg it touches his leg lightly. I've seen a few different styles of tailpipes and his pipe is narrow so I wanted a 1" wrap to make it easier. For example you can grab the exhaust, obviously because the foil gets very hot, but the outer layer seems to cool faster so you don't get burned if you accidentally touch it with your foot, but it doesn't last long - term protection. Pros: Easy to apply Metal bands hold up well Provides protection within seconds Cons: Smells burnt - still smells after months of use Still feels very hot but doesn't burn you right away Starts to unravel and fray at the ends, needs warmth tape

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Almost never
