As an avid internet shopper, I couldn't wait to give Katzco a try for all my DIY project requirements. Unfortunately, my interaction with their web shop was not a positive one. They have a broad selection of power and hand tools, but the website is difficult to navigate. Too much time was wasted on my part as I looked for relevant information. In addition, I had my doubts about the website's security due to the lengthy checkout procedure and a number of errors I encountered. When I reached out to customer support for help, I received an unhelpful response and a lengthy wait time before anyone got back to me. The situation was made worse because the goods I got were subpar. The hand tools I bought were of such low quality that I had to send them back and get my money refunded. My overall impression of Katzco was negative, and I would not suggest them to anyone seeking a simple and straightforward online shopping experience for hardware and home improvement supplies.
