I like that the system is easy to use and navigate. It's not too expensive, either, which is great. The customer service is also very friendly & professional! They are always willing to answer any questions or concerns you have. We have not found anything that we dislike about this product. If anyone is looking for a quality software to help them in their practice area, I definitely recommend Traklight. There are many benefits of using this software. First off, it will help your organization save time by automatically identifying areas where there may be issues with contracts. As well as being able to keep track of all of your documents, contracts, etc.
