Go one size up for a comfortable fit, two for a looser but not too loose fit.

I wear L Under Armor to hockey, which acts like a second skin. I'm 6ft 2in and 200lbs wearing a 42 liter suit. I also wear L for Lululemon gear. I ordered the XL first and my wife thought she looked small in the shoulder area. I ordered another size XXL and wore it for my trip to Jamaica. I gave the XL to my brother who has a slight build and the XXL fits well for my snorkeling and daily swimming. I am happy with the purchase, it has performed well in the Caribbean and every day in June I would recommend this product to others looking for the same thing.
