Because I am a teacher, I spend a lot of time on my feet and move around quite a bit throughout class. I decided to get a bracelet instead of carrying my phone around in my pocket so that I could keep track of the amount of steps I take while attending the session. HOWEVER an error was made somewhere. Throughout the first two hours and fifteen minutes of the class, the bracelet only counted a total of 200 steps. Is that the case in general? 10,000 steps is roughly equivalent to an hour and a half of walking on the street. And despite the fact that the continuous monitoring of stress levels was activated throughout this period of one and a half hours, not a single measurement was taken. I've been debating whether or not to send it back. I'm curious as to whether or not everybody in this room has negative thoughts, or whether it's just me and my bracelet.
