It works fine but there is a problem setting it up

A few days ago I bought this SSD just to play games. some complications. My motherboard recognized it in the BIOS but Windows 10 wouldn't boot, I had to analyze and mount the disk, also set it to read and it finally worked. The only problem is that I couldn't set up the RGB, I have an Asus ROG Strix B550-F Gaming with Aura Sync, but when I connect Micro USB to 4 pins on the motherboard it's not recognized. If it contains a color but nothing else, it doesn't recognize changing colors and since that day I can't adjust anything in my RGB case, I don't know if I should remove it or what the problem is.
