This headrest is so comfortable for my long hours at the keyboard that time flies by and no more neck pain or associated headaches. Step. I had to tighten it the day of installation which was very easy. A few days later I had to re-tighten it as I had to pre-tension it the first time. It's been a few months since I've dressed properly with no problems and most importantly no pain. Ergonomics couldn't be better. My Aeron feels like a brand new chair. I would recommend this headrest to any Aeron owner. Looks like it came off the factory line with a headrest.
