Perfect for my set of 132 Prismacolor Pencils & 36 Prismacolor Verithin.My case has 168 pencil slots and 3 larger slots. You can put more than one pencil in the larger slots or use them for erasers, pencil sharpener, etc.I wasn't sure if I would like all the zippers, but this case is advertised as having 160 pencil slots. I decided that I could use the extra slots so I purchased this large case.The zippers work smoothly.I arranged the colored pencils in the same order as the color chart I made for them.I check the color chart so I know which color I want to use, then follow the chart to find the pencil in the case.To make finding the correct pencil quicker & easier, I'm going to number each page & put the page number on the corresponding group of colors on the chart.When I color a picture, I record the color name, number & a swatch of the color on a scrap piece of paper. If I don't finish the picture in one sitting, I know what colors I used.Sometimes I put the pencil I use in backwards.so the point is opposite of the other pencils. That way I can quickly see what pencils I'm currently using in my project. (The points will be in the opposite direction of the other pencils)I also keep my Dritz Quilting Rainbow Color Wheel Selector in the case, pen & paper too.I chose to use the handle. It comes in handy.I wanted to use the tin the Prismacolor pencils came in, but the trays are flimsy plastic which bends & breaks easily. After having the pencils spill out of the tray a few times, I decided to purchase a case. There were several cases to choose from. I finally narrowed the choices down to this case and I'm liking it a lot.Rose Red is a pretty medium to dark pink with a bit of red mixed in.
