I really like this case. First off it looks nice in general, has a large capacity & I like that it lays relatively flat when opened up. I also like that I have extra room for drawing pencils and I can hold either an eraser or small sharpener in the 3 larger slots. Each page holds 22 pencils and then the first page holds 14 pencils with the 3 larger slots as mentioned above. Also this case has 171 slots total, I'm not sure why its advertised as 160, but hey it suits my needs plus some. I have my 150 set of prisma prismacolors in this case and that leaves 18 regular pencil slots and the larger slots left over.So I bought this case to complement my prismacolor colored pencils. For the most part for this sized pencil, they went in the slots with little difficulty. They are extremely close together, so some may touch, so if you don't want your pencils together then this case may not be for you, but for the most part there is a slight enough space that the pencils don't touch. For best results, my recommendation would be to not go past a standard size colored pencil.I have a sampler of different pens & pencils that I could fit into the elastic slots, but I would say that even though it "fits" some larger pens and pencils may not be well suited for this case as the elastic would give quicker or RIP from the case. You'll see a Kimberly and Simply drawing pencils, a standard gel pen from walmart, crayola super tip (this fit, but I would not recommend using this case for it and it was slightly more difficult to put in the slot) a regular pencil, a highlighter and pilot metropolitan fountain pen (pens this size not recommended as well even though this slid into the slot with ease).Zippers work well on it and strap seems good. I personally rather carry it fully in my hands though. As far as how much it weighs when to capacity, I'd say maybe it weighs a pound (give or take a few ounces) or less, so nothing too cumbersome to carry around.Overall it's a good case that suits my needs. The only thing that I don't like is that the case can get indentions in it easily, so take mind of where you lay it or what is placed on it. For the most part the indentions come out, but the case wasn't there for too long to leave a lasting impression in it.
