This is the first battery operated lighter that actually works. I love that it turns off without burning or overheating when I find it in my pocket with the switch on. These are handmade cigarettes and the lighter handles all circumstances well. When I'm out of breath I plug it into an external battery and it instantly lights my cigarette. One charge is enough for three to six cigarettes. The coil burns at the right temperature, has very few by-products of incomplete combustion, so has lasted longer than any other lighter and still looks great. Works well in wind, not so well in very low temperatures or rain. I use it to check USB ports to see if they're charging and to power up batteries to see how much power is left. It also resists being carried in your pocket. * Wonderful. He wasn't very comfortable in a wet bag, but he lit it, and then lit it dry.
