It turned out that audiophile soundbars are considered plebeian "boxed" options, and they don't let customers listen to them before purchasing them. As a result, I purchased the Denon DHT-S316 Soundbar from the Audiomania store. When I went there, I had hoped to be able to "choose with my ears." They talked to me, explained me in words what it sounds like (skepticism), gave me a 5% discount (! ), and delivered it for free the following day in the rest of the places (the norms). The HDMI ARC cable was used to connect the gadget to the television, and the TV remote control operated it successfully without any issues. Important (!) This is not a standard HDMI connection; rather, it is a "reverse." Although the plug is identical, the mechanism within is unique. Included with the package is a meter in length. Now, the essential part (!) - whoever designed this device has to have a nail driven into the top of their head, and liars-marketers who attach images with a device hanging Beneath the TV burn in the fires of hell. There are not many places that publish the BACK side of the soundbar; I have attached a photo of it here. The device has triangular cutouts for the connectors that are directed to the EDGE of the device, rather than to the middle. That's the REASON?! The device cannot be hung ABOVE the television set because the manufacturer recommends that it be installed at the level of the listener. Additionally, it is quite unfortunate if the television set is not close to the wall and is tilted. Due to the fact that the control buttons, including the on button, are located on the top of the device, it cannot be hung directly under the television. Because the stupid inscription DENON in the centre of the gadget will be backwards if it is turned on its other side (buttons down), it is impossible to turn the device on its other side (buttons down). And if you hang it under the television with a space for access to the buttons, then cables will hang around the edges (from different sides) because the connectors are twisted to face the edges of the device. Because there are no fasteners, you will need to bend the HDMI cable so that it is facing the middle of the room, then glue it to the rear wall with something, and then build a cable channel leading up to the television from the middle of the cable. Have you purchased a soundbar in order to get rid of the dangling wires and make it less noticeable? Cut yourself off.
