These shoes increase hip stability
These are medium weight shoes. It's nice to walk in because my steps seem stable. My hip rotators went bad when I broke my knee. I can walk, but not very well or with grace. I'm afraid of slipping again. These Saucony shoes stabilize the thigh muscles and have a really good grip on wet and slippery asphalt. However, they look like walking old ladies. I don't care because otherwise I'm happy.
