1. The right ear will disappear until you check the windows sound for that particular page, then the sound will play for a few seconds and then disappear again. The microphone gain was so low that it could not be heard at full amplification.3. They were purchased new and looked like new but the twist was torn to shreds and the metal wire was snapped off at both ends but not in the middle. Someone returned them and they were sold again as new.4. Note that this is a 3.5mm headphone jack! This is NOT USB, but JACK.5.
