Review on DAPU Pure Linen Duvet Cover Set: 100% Natural French Linen for Hot Sleepers - King Size Duvet Cover and Pillowcases by Kathy Jones

A few months ago I ordered a king size natural linen duvet and sheet set and I loved it so much that I have just ordered a cream duvet and sheet set. . I AM SO DISAPPOINTED. The cream colored set is NOTHING like the natural linen set I received. The material is thin and cheap and doesn't even look like linen. Maybe they accidentally sent me a linen and cotton mix? The appearance is completely different from my other comforters and sheets. Also, the off-white color is nowhere near what they show online. It's almost yellow. And on top of that there was dirt/dirt on the packaging. I'm pretty sure this part came from Revain's inventory, but that only added to the general disappointment. I have emailed Dap positive feedback in the past and this time I received an immediate response from them. This time I wrote them a letter with my complaint and they didn't reply. I'm very disappointed, especially as I've raved about them in the past. I will update this review when I get a reply from you.
