Terrible quality, disappointed with the purchase.

How to replace or refund, but the ideal option is to replace with a 100% compatible and working memory card?

I picked it up correctly according to the old RAM to replace it with a new one with more memory. (frequency and form factor are the same). Installed, it works for 2 minutes and stops working, giving out a black screen and does not respond to feedback from all buttons. I reboot the laptop, it works again for 2 minutes and gives out a black screen and a complete lock of the laptop. Possibly defective. I don't know what to do. Installed native memory - everything works fine. IMHO they sold me a defective memory card. How to change to another I do not know! Who will tell you what to do in such a situation?
