It works, but there are some annoying downsides.

Okay I'm going to give a very honest review here. It's definitely functional. I was excited to read the reviews as I saw how easy it was to put together by others but the product I received was a bit complex despite having made it myself. Maybe I'm just stupid with the assembly, but I've struggled a lot. First, the Allen key (marked number 5 in the instructions) wasn't in the bag with that mark, but hidden in a bag of other random screws. This set me back for a while as I thought it was overlooked and the screws are IMPOSSIBLE to put in without the right size (which I didn't have at home). The instructions are simple but too simple. I put the middle side back up the first time and had to redo this which sucked. I want it to be clear beforehand that there is a right side and a wrong side. Also some minor imperfections. Visually, one of the ends of my boards is already torn. I don't know if I received a product that someone previously returned or something similar. Also, was one of my screw holes in the metal frame blocked by some random loose piece of metal? I was able to unscrew it, but twisting didn't work for some time. Also, my metal drawer is bent at the back…. Which is not so bad, but also annoying. My final complaint is why the hell are they giving us ten free standing metal hooks? I've posted a video to demonstrate if you have children, pets, fast walkers etc these items will fly off the shelf with little to no fuss. I'll try to bend them with pliers so they last longer. But the design is stupid, they are unreliable and do not stick to anything. The same goes for the "drawer" basket, it's counterintuitive and cheaply made. Two single screws, two long ones to hold the thing in place seem fine. But the situation is terrible. I'd rather just have a basket that doesn't move properly. I know I'm being critical, but overall I still like the look and will leave and keep using it for now. I bought it for a coffee/tea station. It's like cheap Ikea quality but more complicated to assemble. I just want my product that I received to have fewer defects. One or two are expected and the price I got for the urgent deal was great. But it's definitely not the best piece of furniture I've ever owned.

Pros
  • Heavy Duty Construction: Constructed of high quality antique particle board and black metal frame for strength and durability, resulting in a total weight capacity of 187 lbs. Adjustable feet on the bottom provide extra grip even on uneven floors. Wear-resistant materials are water and dirt-repellent, spacer screws ensure that the plate is not damaged during assembly.
Cons
