I like that this is a very easy to use system. It's very customizable and has a lot of features to help ease the burden of running an auction. The customer service is also very helpful and responsive. I dislike that there are a lot of features that you can't access unless you have a certain level of experience. You can't access the advanced features unless you are a certified user. This is a great system that I have used for several years now. We have had great success with this system. It has been very easy to set up, and it has allowed us to have a very successful auction.
