I've been looking for the perfect compact Bluetooth keyboard for a long time. My absolute favorite are the Logitech MX Keys, but the keyboard is very bulky and takes up all the space on my pull-out desktop. I've been using the Logitech K380 for over a year now and am mostly happy with it, but I hate round buttons and I really don't like the start button, not the windows button. Microsoft Designer's compact keyboard solves both problems and adds improved alternative function key actions - the MS keyboard adds page up/down, while Logitech has media controls instead. If Logitech releases a compact version of the MX keys I will buy them as I prefer the feel of the MS or k380 keys. The MX keys also add backlit keys not found in any of these smaller options. MX Keys are currently too big, so I'm sticking with MS Designer Compact for now. Edit: Logitech just released the MX Keys mini! Bye, bye, MS keyboard!
