You seem comfortable. My 3 year old loves that he can put the sandals on himself. He only complained that his "teeth" were poking. I cut them off and left a few on the side that wasn't touching his leg. Maybe the pokes would have changed after wearing them for a while, but I didn't mind cutting them off. Edit 1 month later - the soles are falling apart, yes he wears them a lot but still. They shouldn't fall apart that quickly. I am changing my rating from 4 to 2.
