Like most things that are good for my son, brushing his teeth has almost always met with strong opposition. With this toothbrush, brushing your teeth now causes only little resistance. Once I get past the obstacle that makes him put that toothbrush in his mouth, I usually have to tell him he's done so he can stop brushing his teeth. Sometimes if he bites down hard on the brush head and pulls on it, the grip, the brush head, will come loose. I love that it comes with interchangeable heads, just wish there was a safer way for kids to remove them.
