I was working to fix my analog stick offset
I had the usual Xbox analog stick offset but didn't want to solder in a new analog setup. Just peel off the side cover and swap the disc in and you're done. The problem is gone. The black drive is the OEM and the white is the drive that was removed from the new analog setup.
