Dissatisfied with this product, bad to use.

It was discovered that the problem was not due to a flaw in the program after more than two hours had been spent on the phone with the support staff and after various sorts of tests had been carried out. An appointment was set up between a technician providing technical support and an authorized service center. The replacement of the laptop was graciously declined by the authorized warranty repair center that I visited. It is okay for the laptop to continue to function despite the declared flaws. It ought to be brought to everyone's attention that the laptop in question performs faultlessly (with the exception of the XD squeak), and that it achieves the desired results in every test and stress test that it is subjected to. On the other hand, considering the price of the laptop, my expectations were not reasonable. I really wish the new laptop I bought wouldn't make noise. The poor build quality of the laptop is quite upsetting to me. The stance that the firm takes is just unacceptable to me. It was essential to bring along a second laptop running Windows. I am sorry that I made the transaction and I am frustrated. PS there are a lot of complaints about similar defects on the Internet, particularly in English-language forums. People record these sounds on studio microphones (you will never hear this sound in the store due to external noise), and then they return laptops, and this happens three or four times, and the defect is repeated everywhere. Thank you for making it this far in the review, and I sincerely hope that it will either help you save money or give you a better idea of what to look out for when you go to get a laptop.

Pros
  • Excellent screen, robust processor, lightning-quick solid-state drive, solid operating system, and rock-solid functioning (never needed to be rebooted). Installed the second operating system by means of Boot Camp; it was the Windows installation I've ever done that was the least difficult. The issue with the clicking of the speakers has already been fixed, and I did not have this issue in the first place. Excellent keyboard with a little yet audible key travel.
Cons
  • Two of the most egregious flaws, in my opinion are as follows: 1. Throttles that are always squeaking 2. Sounds under load The first disadvantage that was indicated earlier expresses itself in the following manner: the laptop emits a continuous beep whenever a mouse, hub with RJ-45 ports, or other peripheral device is connected to it. This sound is not heard in the workplace or during the day when working at home (street noise, the refrigerator, etc.), but it is just really annoying when it occurs at night. The sound is reminiscent of the sound that was produced by the early radio tube televisions. When you turn on the computer, open the browser (with a bunch of tabs), or start "heavy" apps, the laptop makes sounds that are similar to the sound from the HDD (although it is installed, of course, SSD). This is the manifestation of the second disadvantage that was described before.
