The buckle does not connect to the watch case
I like the quality of this watch with one exception: the strap does not close, so I cannot wear it as a watch. The fabric is great and everything else feels too jagged but I can't use it if it doesn't work. I also tried to email them but got no response from their support. i sent pictures
