Hard to tell if the new one works as intended - ordered a replacement and it also shows used with a Kohler returns label on the box. . It's incredibly loud when plugged in and takes a while to sync up so you can turn the volume down - NOT what I wanted for being able to listen to my podcasts and music QUIET in the office. The speaker is good when it connects but doesn't stay connected to Bluetooth when you need to pause and VERY LOUD again when you turn it off to turn it back on and reconnect. I wish there was a way to fix volume issues. And when I order NEW, "Like new after this guy came back" is not NEW. Twice. Yes, it charges while I'm listening, so that's nice.
