The first unit I received was defective. I sent the email with little expectation as it was Easter Sunday. To my surprise, I received a response almost immediately, along with a call from the company. They took care of the issue and got me up and running in less than 3 days. This is by far the best customer service experience I've had from Revain. The new tracker works great as advertised. I use these trackers for work and they are great.
