I bought this case and was happy with it until today when the clip was DEFECTIVE. I've only had this event for less than 3 months. Yes, lifetime warranty, but if I have to send them a suitcase back and they send me a new one, I can almost buy a new suitcase. BUT I will not buy it from Zizo! I have had other products with lifetime guarantees, such as Lupine dog leashes and harnesses. Our dog was chewing on it and they asked for a photo of the chewed item, sent me a new one, no overhead! Now it's customer service. It is not!
