This is the BEST part of the latest generation of Corsair keyboards - they now use the standard bottom row. This means you can place almost any set of keys on your fancy new keyboard and really make it your own unique keyboard. You no longer owe Corsair branded keycap sets. And that's a good thing, because those Corsair keycaps suck. I've posted some photos of my K65 keyboard to show what I mean. You can see the highlights on these caps are just awful. The red keys in the picture are from Corsair, while the white and blue keycaps are from a third party (drop I think). Red switches light up the entire area around the lettering, meaning they're thin in that area. White switches, only the letter lights up more without cutoffs. This is especially true at higher brightness levels and colors close to white. For red keycaps, when RGB is set to pure white, the color becomes a deeper pink. The same goes for third-party blue caps, but it's not that bad. Then again, these keycaps have a nice feel and fit almost any keyboard, but you can spend the same money and get a much better keycap from places like Drop, Ducky, HyperX, or elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
