my husband is very tech illiterate and is very much against the whole new breed of crude oil. Loves it for his beard, easy to use. There was no shouting from the bathroom to explain and show him how to turn it on and use it 10 times. He plugged it in and used it like a pro. His facial hair looks like a civilized Amish, not a homeless junkie. Good price! Happy wife.
