Review on 🔊 Yamaha NS-IW280CWH In-Ceiling Speaker System - 6.5" 3-Way, White (Pair) by Lisa Thomas

Installed these in my house above the common room in a 5.1 system. I bought 3 pairs, put the 6th speaker in the kitchen as an aux and powered by a switch. I wanted branded 3-way speakers that are affordable. I have a third zone in my living room and I bought 6.5 inch 2 way Monoprice speakers and they sound good, not as good as these and the Monoprice speaker components were capped unlike the Yamaha, Caps and clear plastic covers on the speakers exposed. Very solid and high-quality workmanship and feel. The sound is great, I use them for surround sound from my Pioneer VSX 521 and they sound amazing for this entry level setup. I have yet to unscrew it, but I know it has the power and the sound. Combined with my 8" Jones Pioneer subwoofer, the sound exceeds my expectations. It was easy to cut and install, took several minutes for each speaker, and I did it myself. My wife doesn't do the splitting in surround sound believe. We were watching a baseball game last night and someone in the background was yelling at every pitch. My wife swore it was the neighbors kid or someone in our backyard making the noise = me with a big smile :) Great product at a great price. With the right components and a good setup, 9 out of 10 people will think I have super high quality audio file hardware. UPDATE - I've upped it to 11! The whole house is shaking! It's a must have. The problem is people now want me to install these speakers in their house!
